Senator O'Toole is a member of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Communications, Energy and Natural Resources and a member of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Climate Change and Energy Scrutiny. He spoke about the many initiatives for energy conservation and generation that are being explored currently. . This was particularly relevant to our Making Europe Greener Project.

The boys were very interested in meeting the teachers from one of their partner schools. They had plenty of questions to ask.

Here they visited Ms. Hogan's Senior Infant class.

We found that there were some differences in what we do in school but there were many similarities.

The boys in St. Joseph's were particularly interested in the fact that Meadowside is a mixed school with boys and girls. Comparing the topics for PE was another favourite topic in many classes. Our guests from Knaresborough also got a chance to see some of our boys practising hurling.
